The list of rules written below are ment to describe the safe, undistrubed and intended method of use for the table tennis hall located in 1149, Budapest Angol street 34. The list also provies information and general requirements about the services provided and the useage of the building.
I. General Requirements
1.1. By using the services of the Table Tennis Hall, the guest consents to these House Rules and acknowledges their obligation to comply with them at all times and to use the services with knowledge thereof. The guest acknowledges that the Operator is entitled to verify compliance with the House Rules at any time and to take any related action or make observations regarding the same. These House Rules are posted at the Table Tennis Hall (located at 34/A Angol Street, Budapest 1149) and are available on the website www.potapingpong.hu.
1.2. Guests may enter the premises of the table tennis hall and use the equipment solely at their own responsibility.
1.3. The operation of the Table Tennis Hall is carried out by TRIUM-ITECH Tanácsadó és Szolgáltató Zártkörűen Működő Részvénytársaság (registered office: 1149 Budapest, Angol utca 34.; company registration number: 01-10-046965; tax number: 23154416-2-42) as the operator (hereinafter: “Operator”).

II. Registration; Table reservation and rules of entering
2.1. Registration procedure:
The sevrices of the table tennis hall can only be accessed if prior registration/reservation has been made.
During registration the guest is obligated to give required information- such as their name, address and email address-to make a reservation.
To access the table tennis hall the guest will be given a private access code-one which cannot be transferred to another person. In the case of custom reservations, the access code can only be shared by the amount of people listed during reservation. Any exploitation or misuse of the access code will the responsibiltiy of the guest who made the registration.
The Operator handles personal data provided during registration confidentially and in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Detailed rules regarding data processing are set out in Chapter VII of these House Rules and in the Operator’s Privacy Notice.
2.2. Group reservation:
Group lesson held in the PingPong hall can only be accessed after prior registration/reservation.
The Operator publishes the booking procedure, deadlines, and any cancellation terms on the booking interface.
The Operator reserves the right to determine the maximum number of participants for group classes and to modify or cancel a group class depending on the number of registrations or other operational circumstances..
2.3. Method of entering and exiting the Table Tennis Hall:
Entering the Table Tennis Hall is only possible with a prior reservation, furthermore access is only granted with the access code sent in the registration confirming email.
This digital access code is only active as long as the reservation lasts and cannot be transferred to another person. The guest who made the booking is liable for any damages resulting from the unauthorized use or sharing of the access code.
Remaining in the table tennis hall after the booking period has expired is permitted only on the basis of a new, valid booking.
2.4. Cancelling or modifying the reservations
Cancellation or modification of the reserved time period is only possible via the online webpage.
Upon cancellation, if the guest does so at least 24 hours before the service starts, a full refund is given.
Failing to notify us about potential cancellations or modifications at least 24 hours before the service starts will result in no refund given.

III. Services Etiquette
3.1. The area and the service of the Table Tennis Hall can only be used in an orderly manner and in correlation to the House Rules.
The guests participating in the services of Table Tennis Hall and using the play area and the machines are responsible for utilising them for their intended purpose. The guest are also responsible for their own physical and mental well-being.
3.2. The equipment within the area of the Table Tennis Hall-this includes: pingpong tables, padles, nets, balls, furniture, security and access panels and automated ball machines and other technical tools-must be used for their intended purpose and any guest who may damage them-intentionally or due to neglectful use-will be required by the Operator to compensate for the damage caused.
3.3. The services of the Table Tennis Hall must be paid for during the registration/reservation. Multi-occasion passes and other time-based eligibilities must be exhausted during the time period! Any unused occasions will not be compensated for and cannot be transferred tot he next pass.
The Operator is entitled to modify the scope, fees and conditions of services, about which it informs guests through the usual communication channels.
3.4. Guests are responsible for their valuables, please make sure to put your valuables into a safe place as the Operator will not claim liability in the case of any valuables being lost, damaged or stolen.
3.5. Any sport equipment within the area of the Table Tennis Hall must be used for it’s intended purpose and must be returned to it’s place once it is not used anymore.
3.6. If any of the sport equipment within the area of the Table Tennis Hall is lost, damaged or stolen the guest who used them will be held liable and must compensate the establishment in such cases. In case of a serious liability issue the Operator is forced to start legal proceedings.
IV. Regulations and prohibitions
4.1. List of activities
prohibited in the area of the Table Tennis Hall:
- littering, and not putting the trash in the right bins;
- eating in the play area and other shared spaces, that are not the buffet/sky lounge;
- using and/or dealing with-alcoholic drinks, drugs or other mental state altering substances, and illegal performance enhancing substainces- or bringing such to the premises of the Table Tennis Hall;
- bring vegetables, fruit, food or any other polluting material into the playing area of the Ping Pong Hall;
- to occupy, obstruct, or use for purposes other than intended: the shared areas, staircases, exits, and emergency exits;
- using street shoes in the play;
- bringing fragile, easily breakable, or otherwise injury-causing or physically harmful objects into the play area;
- staying in the Table Tennis Hallintentionally after closing hours, the reservation ended or without the permission of the Operator;
- disturbing other player’s game, acting agressive, threatening or endangering someone’s safety with dangerous behavior.
4.2. Persons who lack legal capacity, are under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or have a contagious disease that is diagnosed prior to their reservation to the Table Tennis Hall may not use the Table Tennis Hall. Pregnant women may use the services of the Table Tennis Hall solely at their own responsibility.
4.3. Bringing dogs or other pets into the area of the Table Tennis Hall is also pohibited.
4.4. Consumption of alcohol and cigarettes are prohibited ont he entire area of the Table Tennis Hall.
4.5. Bringing any sort of dangerous material-fluid or otherwiswe-that could be harmful in any way-contagious, poisonous, flammable, explosive, corrosive, radioactive, etc.- or any kind of weapon is strictly prohibited on the whole area of the Tabe Tennis Hall. Any other kind of device or product demed unsafe by the Operator- alcohol, drugs or any conciousnes-altering substance- is also strictly prohibited from being brought into the whole area of the Table Tennis Hall.
4.6. Placing any kind of decoration or advertisement-plants, flyers, ads, electronic devices, children’s toys or other promotional material- is only allowed if a prior agreement between the individual who (wishes to place their material) and the Operator has been officially made.
4.7. Aggressive or rough behavior, shoving, fighting, or making threats; behavior that endangers the physical safety of others or disrupts the activities of other guests; and conduct that violates public morals or public order, or disturbs the peace of others, are prohibited within the premises of the Table Tennis Hall.
4.8. Everyone using the services of the Table Tennis Hall is required to do so for their intended purpose and in a manner that does not disturb the peace or activities of other guests. Everyone within the Table Tennis Hall premises is required to maintain order and cleanliness. The Operator or their representative is entitled to prohibit persons who violate the House Rules from using the Table Tennis Hall’s services and, if necessary, to remove them—or have them removed—from the premises. In cases exceeding the Operator’s authority to take action, they are entitled to request the assistance of the police or other authorities. Guests removed from the premises or prohibited from using the services shall have no grounds for making any claims against the Operator.
4.9. The services of the Table Tennis Hall may only be used while wearing appropriate attire suitable for the use of the facility.
4.10. It is prohibited to bring fragile (e.g., glass) or sharp objects into the Table Tennis Hall premises. Water or sports drinks may only be brought into the playing area in securely sealable plastic bottles. Other beverages (e.g., colored soft drinks, fruit juices, etc.) may not be brought into the playing area.
4.11. Places that utilize certain water-powered devices-such as showers, bathrooms-must be used in accordance with their intended purpose. It is prohibited to leave any kind of trash, or cloth (to proactively avoid clogging) ,pads, or any dangerous material in any of the showers drain or the toilets or sinks.
4.12. Commercial activities, bartering, currency exchange, buying and selling, advertising, propaganda (including the placement of billboards, sandwich boards, posters, and flyers), the distribution of promotional gifts or product samples, the sale of consumer goods for business purposes, insurance agency or securities trading activities, illicit gambling, and the playing of music from external audio sources are prohibited within the Pingpong Hall. Any promotional activity within the Table Tennis Hall premises may only be conducted with the prior approval of the Table Tennis Hall and the Operator. Making audio, video, or image recordings within the Table Tennis Hall premises or during sessions without the prior approval of the Operator is prohibited.
4.13. Only the trainers and teachers of the Table Tennis Hall can hold lessons. Any third-party individuals are prohibited from such activities.
4.14. The Operator of the Table Tennis Hall reserves the right to hold private events on the premises, thereby excluding guests from the Hall’s services and facilities. In such instances, the Ping-Pong Hall will provide advance notice to guests via its website and extend the validity of active passes by one day.
V. The Proper usage of the areas within the Table Tennis Hall
5.1. General rules
The whole area of Table tennis Hall must only be used for its intended purpose and in line with the House rules as stated ont he website.
The guests a required to use the equipments and furtinture of the venue- especially the sports equipment, automated ball machines, furnitures and technological tools- must be used as intended, must avoid damaging them and are required to avoid any kind of behavior that disturbes the playing experience of others.
The guests playing at the Table Tennis hall must do so on thier own responsibility and are required to pay close attention to their own physical health and the possible risks involved during the trainings.
Those who do not follow these House Rules will be warned and banned from the Table Tennis Hall by the Operator or the Operator’s representative. Those who break or do not follow these rules must also leave the premises and will be removed from the premises otherwise.
Any valuable left in the changing rooms unattended are not the responsibility of the Operator. Please do not leave any valuables in the chaning rooms!
5.2. The rules for using the play area and the pingpong tables
All equipment- especially the pingpong tables, nets, paddles, balls and the automated ball amchines-must be used as intended and written down in the- user manual and the rules of the Operator.
What is prohibited:
- sitting, standing or putting immense weight ont he pingpong tables,
- hitting with paddles or otherwise damaging the tables, nets or the automated ball machines,
- moving, disassembling or reprogramming (without perission) the automated ball machines,
- using any sport equipment -not as its intended- or -to harm or distrub others.
After the booked session ends, the guests are required to leave the play area not more than 5 minutes after their session’s timeslot ends. They are also required to leave the used equipment in an undamaged state, so zhat the next guest may use them again without any problems.
Any equipment damaged due to-unintended use, vandalism or breaking the rules- will be the responsibility of the guest that booked the session and will be required to pay for the damages as compensation.
Guests are required to wear clean, non-marking indoor sport shoes with preferably white (or light colored soles) in the whole play area. Wearing street shoes in the play area of the Table Tennis Hall is stricly prohibited.
5.3. Proper use of the Table Tennis Hall
The entire area of the Table Tennis Hall must be used in appropriate clothing. Guests are required to keep the tidiness and cleanliness of the venue as it was when they arrived.and the guests must leave any exits or emergency exits un-obstructed.
Guests are required to take special care of their personal belongings and must ensure, before leaving the table tennis hall, that they have not left any personal items or valuables on the premises. The Operator assumes no liability for items left unattended, lost, or stolen.
5.4. Usage of the Sky Lounge
The relaxation and play area located on the gallery of the Table Tennis Hall is open to both guests of the hall and visitors who have not booked a table.
Persons present in the gallery area are required to observe the rules of conduct for a shared environment and to comply with instructions given by the Operator and their representatives.
Bringing food or beverages into the playing areas is prohibited. Only water or sports drinks in securely sealable bottles may be consumed within the playing areas.
5.5. Tidiness and waste management
Littering is prohibited throughout the entire table tennis hall. Guests are required to dispose of any waste exclusively in the designated receptacles.
Intentional soiling or damaging of the table tennis hall’s equipment, sanitary facilities, or common areas constitutes a serious violation of the House Rules, and the guest bears full financial liability for any resulting damage.
5.6. Usage of the Changing rooms
Use of the changing rooms located within the Table Tennis Hall is part of the facility’s services, the cost of which is included in the price of tickets and passes.
The changing rooms may be used exclusively by guests utilizing the Table Tennis Hall’s services and only during operating hours.
While using the changing rooms, guests are required to maintain order and cleanliness and to refrain from any behavior that disturbs other guests or compromises the intended use of the changing rooms or the condition of the facility.
Fixtures and equipment in the changing rooms must be used solely for their intended purpose. Guests bear full financial liability for any damage caused to them, whether intentionally or through negligence.
The Operator assumes no liability for personal items left in the changing rooms.
VI. Group sessions
6.1. Any group activities or lessons held in the Table Tennis Hall must be attended in clean sportswear (light-soled non marking shoes, t-shirt, top and shorts fit for sport activities).
6.2. Street clothes, street shoes, and muddy or dirty sports shoes are prohibited from being worn during the Table Tennis Hall’s group lessons. Staff members are happy to assist guests with any questions regarding appropriate attire. Should a guest wear inadequate or inappropriate sportswear, a staff member is authorized to request that they wear the proper attire; if such a request proves unsuccessful, the staff member may prohibit the guest from participating in the Table Tennis Hall’s group lessons.
6.3. Group sessions in the Table Tennis Hall for children under the age of 18 is only possible with the permission and supervision of an adult.
6.4. The group sessions in the Table Tennis H all may only be attended during the scheduled class times, under the guidance and supervision of an instructor or gym supervisor. During the session, guests are required to keep the digital code received at check-in with them and present it for verification if requested.
6.5. Group sessions can only be attended at the guests own responsibility and in the appropriate health state.
6.6. Guests are prohibited from participating in any activities of the Table Tennis Hall if they are in an intoxicated or drugged state, or infected with contagious diseases.
6.7. Pregnant guests are advised to consult the instructor regarding participation in the class; however, in all cases, pregnant guests may participate solely at their own discretion and at their own risk.
6.8. If the instructor or gym supervisor determines that a late-arriving guest cannot join the class—either because doing so would disrupt the session or because participation is not advisable for the guest on health grounds—then the guest may not participate in that class. In the event of a delay reaching 10 minutes, the instructor or gym supervisor is entitled to refuse the guest entry into the class.
VII. Data Handling
7.1. The Operator processes personal data related to the use of the Table Tennis Hall’s services in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
The detailed rules regarding data processing activities associated with registration, booking, entry, and the use of the Ping-Pong Hall’s services—including, in particular, the purpose, legal basis, and duration of data processing, as well as the rights of data subjects and available legal remedies—are set out in the Operator’s specific data processing notices, which are available on the Operator’s website
www.potapingpong.hu and in the application associated with the Table Tennis Hall.
7.2. A video surveillance system operates throughout the entire Table Tennis Hall—specifically including the play areas, public areas, and the gallery—for the purposes of asset protection, security, and facility operations. The detailed rules regarding data processing associated with video surveillance—including the purpose, legal basis, and duration of data processing, as well as the rights of data subjects and available legal remedies—are set out by the Operator in a separate policy on video surveillance and data processing; this policy is posted within the Table Tennis Hall and is available on the Operator’s website at www.potapingpong.hu. By entering the Table Tennis Hall, the guest acknowledges the fact that video surveillance is in operation.
VIII. Opening hours
8.1. The Table Tennis Hall is open the whole year (from January 1st to December 31st) except for maintenance days and certain national holiday.

8.3. The Operator might change the opening hours of the Table Tennis Hall in certain situations.
IX. Special rules for special circumstances
9.1. In the event of a fire or bomb threat, all sports activities or use of other services must cease immediately, and the premises must be vacated. Elevators do not operate during an emergency. To exit, use the nearest available exit and follow the evacuation route posted in the Table Tennis Hall. Re-entry into the building is permitted only after the emergency has passed and with the authorization of the security service.

9.3. A special circumstance is defined as any occurrence or situation significantly different from the norm that endangers the lives or physical safety of persons present in the Table Tennis Hall, results in—or poses an imminent risk of—serious consequences regarding the material assets located within the Table Tennis Hall, or causes serious disruption to the operation of the Table Tennis Hall.
9.4. Special Circumstances include, in particular: fires or explosions; bomb threats; crimes or attempted crimes committed by or against the employees or guests of the Table Tennis Hall; intentional and violent interference—or attempted interference—with the Table Tennis Hall facility, its equipment, or its assets; accidents resulting in fatal or serious personal injury; major power or operational outages; and damage caused by natural disasters.
9.5. Should guests observe any damage, technical malfunction, injury, or accident within the premises of the Table Tennis Hall, they are required to report it to the Operator without delay. Such reports may be submitted via the application provided by the Operator or to the email address specified by the Operator below:
The Operator assumes no liability for damages resulting from a failure to provide notification or from a delay in doing so.
X. Closing rules
10.1. Anyone who violates any provision of the House Rules, fails to observe the prohibitions contained therein, or whose conduct endangers the peace or physical safety of other guests or the proper operation of the Table Tennis Hall may be immediately removed from the premises—with the assistance of the authorities, if necessary. In the event of a serious or repeated violation, the Operator reserves the right to ban the guest from future visits to the Table Tennis Hall, either for a specified period or permanently. A guest who has been removed or banned may not assert any claims for compensation or other demands against the Operator.
10.2. The Operator reserves the right to unilaterally amend these House Rules. The currently effective House Rules are available at the Table Tennis Hall 1149 Budapest, Angol utca 34. and on the Operator’s website
www.potapingpong.hu.
10.3. In addition to the provisions of these House Rules, guests using the services of the Table Tennis Hall are required to comply with the house rules and other internal regulations applicable to the condominium or the office building as a whole.
The house rules for the condominium and office building are available, posted within the premises of the Table Tennis Hall.
10.4. For matters not regulated in these House Rules, the provisions of applicable Hungarian law shall prevail. Should any provision of these House Rules be deemed invalid, unenforceable, or contrary to law, either in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
We kindly ask our guests to help ensure the civilized, safe, and proper use of the Table Tennis Hall by adhering to the House Rules.
